What is the RAKBANK Elevate Premium Pass?
The RAKBANK Elevate Premium Pass is a Leisure & Lifestyle Pass, granting you access to premium fitness, leisure & lifestyle facilities across the UAE, all in one convenient membership. The pass is available exclusively on the Viya App.

Who is eligible for the Pass?
All RAKBANK Elevate Cardholders are eligible to receive the complimentary pass as part of their Cardholder benefits.

I am a new RAKBANK Elevate Credit cardholder and I am unable to see Premium Pass.

How does my spouse gain access to the Premium Pass?

To share your Premium pass with your spouse, they will also need to have the Viya app. Once they have signed up, on your device go to 'View Pass Details' and press 'Share with Spouse' and follow the instructions.

Can a family access pass be shared with a nanny or another adult instead of a spouse?
Family access passes can only be shared only with the spouse for it to be valid.

Can I pause my membership?
We do not offer membership pauses at this time.

Is there a special rate for additional family members (additional children)?
Additional family members can access the facilities with the pass-holder and will need to pay the guest fee.

Is there a special rate for nannies?
Nannies can access the facilities with the pass-holder and will need to pay the guest fee.
