What is Viya Access?
Viya Access is the UAE's leading Leisure and Lifestyle Pass, granting you access to premium fitness, leisure and lifestyle facilities across the UAE, all within one convenient membership. To get Viya Access, you will need to download the Viya App.
What are the different validities for each pass?
One Month Passes are valid for 30 days. Quarterly Passes are valid for 90 days. Annual Passes are valid for 365 days.
Can a family access pass be shared with a nanny or another adult instead of a spouse?
Family access passes should only be shared with the spouse. However, exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us on 8008492 or customerservice@viya.ae for assistance.
What is the difference between the Gym Pass and the Solo Pass?
The Gym Pass provides access to the gym only, while the Solo pass grants access to the gym, pool and beach.
Can I pause my membership?
We do not offer membership pauses at this time.
Is there a special rate for additional family members (additional children)?
Additional children can be included with your Access Pass, based on the below rates.
