Terms and Conditions

• Entry to the resort is strictly through the eforea Spa Reception.

• Valet parking is available, subject to availability.

• Guests are encouraged to use contactless smart payments where possible, although cash payments are also accepted.

• Children using the pool facilities must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Pass holders and guests must comply with all facility rules, safety procedures, and staff instructions.

• An Emirates ID must be deposited at reception in exchange for an access key card and will be returned once the key card is handed back.

• Guests who endanger the safety and wellbeing of others by refusing to comply with lifeguard guidelines or staff instructions will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
