The Recovery Massage - 60 Minutes
A powerful combination of stretching, kneading, and acupressure techniques designed to ease post-workout tension, reduce inflammation, improve blood circulation, and support recovery.
Balin-Ease Massage - 60 Minutes
A therapeutic ritual using long, comforting strokes to relieve tension, stimulate blood flow, and restore balance to both body and mind.
