Booking Process:

• To make a reservation, guests are required to submit a booking request using the Viya Staycation Request Form.

• The Viya Customer Service Team will check availability directly with the selected hotel.

• Once availability is confirmed, the Viya team will provide your booking confirmation. If your preferred option is unavailable, alternative dates or hotels may be suggested.

• Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from the Viya team.

• All bookings are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Check-in Process:

• Proceed to the hotel reception desk.

• Present a valid government-issued ID.

• Provide your hotel confirmation number.

• Open the Viya App and present your Viya Staycation Pass QR Code for validation.

Check-in Time: 2pm

Check-out Time: 12pm

Terms & Conditions:

• The Viya Staycation Pass includes two room nights at any participating hotels.

• Each room night includes complimentary breakfast and accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children, in accordance with the hotel’s standard occupancy policy.

• Children under 12 years old stay free, with a maximum of 2 children per room.

• Booking requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the preferred check-in date and are subject to hotel availability and confirmation by the Viya team.

• Room nights may be redeemed consecutively or separately across participating hotels and dates, subject to availability.

• The pass holder must be present at check-in and throughout the stay when the room is used by accompanying friends or family members.

• All guests must present an original passport or Emirates ID upon check-in for identity verification.

• Guests must scan their Viya Staycation Pass QR code at the check-in desk for verification. If verification is unsuccessful, the applicable Best Available Rate must be paid directly to the hotel.

• Bookings may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival or no-shows will be considered as usage of the applicable room night.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and the hotel’s applicable policies.

• Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room, per night is payable directly to the hotel.

• The hotel reserves the right to authorise or charge the credit card provided at the time of booking for incidental charges.

• Any additional charges, including extra adults, extra beds, room upgrades, or other expenses, must be arranged and settled directly with the hotel.

• Viya Rewards Points will be credited in accordance with the applicable Viya Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions.
