Check-in Process:

Valid ID must be presented upon check-in and guests are required to scan their Viya Staycation Pass QR code for verification.

Check-in Time: 3:00 PM

Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

Terms & Conditions:

• Children under 12 years old stay free (maximum of 2 children per room)

• Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per night is payable directly at the hotel

• Complimentary room upgrade is subject to availability upon arrival

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time

• Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be considered as usage of the room night entitlement

• The physical presence of the pass holder is mandatory at check-in, and a valid ID is required for verification

• In the event of a no‑show or late cancellation, one night will be deducted from the Viya Staycation Pass. If no nights remain, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided as guarantee at the Best Available Rate applicable on the day of check‑in.
