Booking Process:

To make a reservation, guests are required to submit a booking request using the Viya Staycation Request Form.

The Viya Customer Service team will coordinate with the hotel to confirm availability and assist with finalising the booking or providing suitable alternatives if required.

All bookings are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Check-in Process:

• Upon arrival, please proceed to the check-in desk and scan your Viya Staycation Pass QR code for verification.

  • Check-in Time: 2pm

  • Check-out Time: 12pm

Terms and Conditions: 

• Each room night is valid for up to two adults and two children

• All guests must present a valid original passport or Emirates ID upon check-in

• Rates are inclusive of taxes and exclusive of the Tourism Dirham Fee

• Bookings are non-refundable, and no-show charges will apply

• The hotel reserves the right to authorise or charge the credit card at the time of booking

• All additional charges must be settled directly with the hotel

• Prior booking is mandatory and subject to availability
