Booking Process:

• To make a reservation, guests are required to submit a booking request using the Viya Staycation Request Form.

• The Viya Customer Service team will coordinate with the hotel to confirm availability and assist with finalising the booking or providing suitable alternatives if required.

• All bookings are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Check-in Process:Upon arrival, guests will be escorted to the reception on the 36^th floor and scan your Viya Staycation Pass QR code for verification.
