Booking Process:

• To make a reservation, guests are required to submit a booking request using the Viya Staycation Request Form.

• The Viya Customer Service team will coordinate with the hotel to confirm availability and assist with finalising the booking or providing suitable alternatives if required.

• All bookings are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Check-in Process:Valid ID must be presented upon check-in. Guests are required to scan their Viya Staycation Pass QR code for verification.

• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children (up to 11.99 years old) per room

• Reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the intended arrival date

• No blackout or peak period restrictions apply

• Valid ID must be presented upon check-in, in accordance with the hotel's policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time

• Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be considered as usage of the room night entitlement

• House rules are as per the hotel's policy

• All additional charges and incidentals must be settled directly with the hotel
