Check-in Process:Valid ID must be presented upon check-in and guests are required to scan their Viya Staycation Pass QR code for verification.

• All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel

• Maximum occupancy for the Queen Superior Room is 2 adults and 1 child, in accordance with the hotel's occupancy policy.

• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

• A valid government-issued photo ID or passport must be presented upon check-in

• In the event of a no‑show or late cancellation, one night will be deducted from the Viya Staycation Pass. If no nights remain, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided as guarantee at the Best Available Rate applicable on the day of check‑in.

• Any additional guests, room upgrades, meals, or services not included in the offer will be charged at the hotel's prevailing rates
