Booking Process:

To make a reservation, guests are required to submit a booking request using the Viya Staycation Request Form.

The Viya Customer Service team will coordinate with the hotel to confirm availability and assist with finalising the booking or providing suitable alternatives if required.

All bookings are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Check-in Process:Upon arrival, please proceed to the check-in desk and scan your Viya Staycation Pass QR code for verification.

Check-in Time: 3PM

Check-out Time: 12PM

Terms and Conditions: 

• Each room night is valid for up to 2 adults and up to 2 children

• All guests must present an original passport or Emirates ID upon check-in.

• Rate is inclusive of taxes and exclusive of Tourism Dirham Fee

• The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the room rate if a guest departs earlier than the booked stay.

• A deposit of AED 200 per room per night is requested upon arrival for incidentals.

• All additional charges must be settled directly with the hotel
