Terms & Conditions:

The Viya Premium Wellness Membership QR code must be presented and scanned upon arrival. Failure to do so will require the guest to pay the applicable retail rate directly to the participating outlet.
Advance booking is mandatory and all bookings are subject to availability.
Once a booking has been confirmed by the participating outlet, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
No shows, late arrivals resulting in cancellation, or cancellations made outside the participating outlet’s cancellation policy will be treated as a redeemed membership benefit.
Membership benefits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, carried forward, or extended beyond the stated validity period.
The registered membership holder must be present at check-in. Participating outlets may request a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
Any additional services, upgrades, add-ons, retail products, or treatments not included as part of the membership benefit must be paid directly to the participating outlet.
Membership benefits may only be redeemed at participating outlets and are subject to availability, operating hours, and each outlet’s terms and conditions.
Members are responsible for ensuring that any treatment or service they book is suitable for their health and medical circumstances.
Membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, package, membership benefit, or loyalty programme unless otherwise stated.
Viya and participating outlets reserve the right to refuse or suspend access to facilities or services at their sole discretion.
In the event of any inconsistency, the participating outlet’s terms and conditions will prevail.
The Viya Premium Wellness Membership is valid for use from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.

Both guests must have their own QR code. Entry will be allowed only after scanning both QR codes.

The outlet reserves the right to validate the profile using any form of photo ID as well.

If you are a current or former member of Reset Fitness, a six-month waiting period is required before you can use the studio through the Viya Access Pass.

Viya Access Family Membership can be shared with spouse via the Share button located in pass

Access pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Access Pass valid Sunday - Saturday, public holidays included.

Family Pass can be used only by pass holder accompanied, spouse and 2 chidren up to age 16. Additional children must pay additional guest fees.

Physical presence of pass holder is mandatory at check-in. Children should always be accompanied by access pass holder.

Facility can verify identification of pass holders at any time.

Either Viya or the Club retains the right to suspend/cancel pass holder use of facilities at its sole discretion.

Partner facility T&Cs overrides these general T&Cs.

The validity of this annual pass is 12 months from the date of purchase subject to above. Quarterly pass is valid 90 days. Monthly pass is valid 30 days.
