TOPSTRETCHING (2 Locations)

TOPSTRETCHING (Ladies Only) offers adults aged 18 years and above access to expert led group stretching classes in a welcoming studio environment.


Your Benefits

  • Group Stretching Classes (18+ years)

    • Monday to Friday | 8AM – 9PM

    • Saturday to Sunday | 8AM – 4PM

  • Access includes showers, lockers, and parking.


Class Bookings

  • Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Guest Fees

  • Adults (18 years and above): AED 150


Terms and Conditions

  • Check in is required at the TOPSTRETCHING reception.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3 hours in advance.

  • Classes require a minimum of two participants to proceed. TOPSTRETCHING reserves the right to cancel classes with fewer than two bookings. Members will be notified in advance if a class is cancelled.

  • All clients must follow trainer instructions and studio guidelines to ensure safety. Failure to comply may result in removal from the class.
