Entry to the Resort is strictly through the Mandarin Wing Beach Club Reception only.

Check in required at Mandarin Wing Beach Club to access the facilities.

All guests accompanying members to the Beach Club are required to sign the Guest Disclaimer Form upon arrival at the Leisure Concierge desk.

Guest who endangers the safety and well-being of others by refusing to comply with guidelines and/or instructions of lifeguards will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Guests are encouraged and/or advised to use “smart” payments as a preferred method to reduce contacts and contamination; cash payments are still valid and not to be rejected.

Children on the pool areas must be always supervised by their parents or caregivers.
