Cardio (Every Monday & Friday)

Cardio workouts feature powerful exercise sequences performed at speed and combining bodyweight, freestanding equipment and machines. Work more, rest less, pushing your calorie burn to the max.


Strength (Every Tuesday & Saturday)

Strength workouts utilise resistance training, time under tension and functional drop sets to develop muscle density and mobility. Perform controlled exercises and focus on expanding your range of movement.



Combat (Every Wednesday)

Combat workouts feature structured sequences of mixed martial arts and boxing movements that challenge body and mind. Focus on co-ordination and technique as you raise your heart rate and boost speed, agility and cognitive skills.


Shape (Every Tuesday & Sunday)

Shape workouts combine cardio and strength training through a mix of controlled, consistent high tempo movements. Build muscular endurance, reduce body imbalance and burn calories, while also lighting up your cardiovascular system.

Monday & Wednesday - 7.30 am, 8.30 am, 9.30 am, 6.30 PM

Tuesday & Thursday - 6 am, 7.30 am, 8.30 am, 6.30 PM

Friday - 7.30 am, 8.30 am, 9.30 am, 5.30 PM

Saturday & Sunday - 9.30 am
