Check-in Process:

Upon arrival, please proceed to the check-in desk and scan your Viya Staycation Pass QR code for verification.

Check-in Time: 3PM

Check-out Time: 12PM


Terms and Conditions:

  • The Park Hyatt Staycation includes a one-night stay with breakfast at Brasserie du Park for up to two adults and two children (12 years old and below).

  • Maximum room capacity: two adults and two children (12 years old and below), or three adults.

  • A supplement of AED 122.50 applies for a third adult (13 years or older) staying in the room.

  • Early Check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.

  • All guests are required to present an original passport or Emirates ID at check‑in, along with the live QR code of the Viya Staycation Pass purchased (available in the Viya app).

  • Prior booking is mandatory and is subject to availability.

  • To confirm the booking, please provide the Park Hyatt Reservations team with the following: a screenshot of the Viya Staycation Pass and your credit card details, which will be used as a guarantee.

  • Tourism Dirham Fee (AED 20 per room, per night), which must be paid directly at the hotel.

  • Bookings can be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival. 

  • In the event of a no‑show or late cancellation, one night will be deducted from the Viya Staycation Pass. If no nights remain, Park Hyatt Dubai reserves the right to charge the credit card provided as guarantee at the Best Available Rate applicable on the day of check‑in.

  • The hotel reserves the right to authorise or charge the credit card at the time of check-in for incidental charges.

  • All additional charges (extra adult, extra room, other spends) must be settled directly with the hotel
